FLOORING, SKIRTING & DADO WORK
- Branded Double Charged Vitrified tiles [32” X 32”], in Living, Dining, Kitchen areas in Rooms. Antiskid tiles [1’x 1’] in toilets and terraces.
- Glazed tile dado [12”x18”] upto ceiling. 3. Chequered tiles/ paving block in the parking area.
ELECTRICAL WORK
- SINGLE PHASE METERS FOR 2 BHK FLATS AND THREE PHASE METERS FOR 3 BHK AND LEGRANDE SWITCHES and POLYCAB WIRING.
- Living/ dining- 2 light point, 2 Fan point, 1 TV point, 1 Telephone point, 1 Bell point.
- Kitchen – 2 Light point, 1 exhaust fan point, 2 plug point, 3 power point for mixture and oven, 1 plug point for fridge, provision for exhaust fan.

- Concealed plumbing in toilets. Premium quality plumbing and sanitary fittings with EMC with half turn cock in common toilet.
- In attached toilet – commode arrangement.
- All plumbing will be in PVC pipe.
- One wash basin in attached toilets.
- All down take & rain pipes CI & PVC of required sizes.
- Internal plumbing will be of concealed.
- Dry area- with washing place. Plumbing provision for washing machine.
WINDOWS
- UPVC sliding windows for all rooms expect kitche with MS safety grills with mosquito net and louvered windows for toilets. Marble to window sills.
DRAINAGE WORK
- Drainage chamber & pipes as per PMC rules.
PAINTING
- Internal walls will be finished with acrylic paint.
- External wall will be finished in specified acrylic paint.
- Oil paint to safety grills.
