R.C.C.
- RCC Framed Structural design from RCC Consultant, as per norms.

- RCC roof slab will be treated with waterproofing (brick bat coba).
- Earthquake resistant RCC structure design as per regular norms.
- Common staircase 4′ wide Marble stone single piece treads & risers.
- Landing – combination vitrified tiles and Granite flooring.
- Clear height between slab to slab will be 2.85m to 3m (subject to and as per PMC sanction).
WATERPROOFING WORK
- Terrace waterproofing in brick bat coba with PVC rainwater down take pipes.
MASONARY WORK
- External and internal brick/block wall 6″ thick – chicken mesh for joint sealing.
- External 15-25mm sand faced plaster double coat.
- Internal 16mm Gypsum Mounting plaster.
KITCHEN WITH AREA
- Granite kitchen otta of 8(feet) length and Service platform as per Planning, with stainless steel sink.
- Glazed tile dado up to the ceiling.
- White color tiles under kitchen otta.
- Electrical Provision for exhaust fan.
- Electrical Provision of water purifier.
PLUMBING AND SANITARY WORK
- Toilet fittings: All CP fittings – Jaquar make / equivalent make.
- Hot & cold wall water mixer for baths area.
- Electrical & Plumbing Boiler provision.
- Wash basin: Parryware / Hindware.
- Concealed plumbing in toilets.
- Premium quality plumbing and sanitary fittings with EMC with half turn cock in common toilet.
- In attached toilet – commode arrangement.
- All plumbing will be in PVC pipe.

- All down take & rain pipes CI & PVC of required sizes.
- Internal plumbing will be concealed.
